Guitar Tabs
Guitar Tabs - Yeah, I bought a cheap guitar. Yeah, I suck. Yeah, the guitar actually laughs at me. But I have figured out a few songs. I'll post them as I get the energy to write them down. I saved them in PDF format, not to annoy you, but becasue it's the only way I can keep the chords from moving around over the words, depending on which browser you're using. Enjoy.
Friends' Sites
(sites by or about my friends)
Marshall Crenshaw - High school buddy and power pop god has a very slick and useful web site.   If you haven't heard him, do your self a favor and give him a listen.   Then go buy all of his CDs. Now get moving.
Astigafa - was band I was involved with in my misspent youth.   Alan Joseph has done a great job putting this site together.   Whenever I feel the need to wallow in the past, here's where I go!   BTW, "ASTIGAFA" is an acronym for "A Splendid Time Is Guaranteed For All."   Cute, huh?   I put up a few pictures of Astigafa's last couple weeks at the Alle-Ey in East Lansing, and the Backseat in Lake Orion.   Enjoy.
The Aaron Vaughn Band - My brother Gary's band just happens to be the best band in the universe!   What are the odds?   Here are a few more pictures.

    [phil dick]

"There is a Latin motto, when one is seeking to know who has committed a crime, that goes, Look to see who gains. When John Kennedy was murdered, and Dr. King, and Bobby Kennedy, and the others, when George Wallace was crippled, we should have asked, Who gains? All men in America lost by these dreadful senseless murders except one second-rate man whose way was now clear to the White House: clear to get in and clear to remain[, a man who] otherwise would have had no chance."--Philip K. Dick, Radio Free Albemuth (1976) THE EMPIRE NEVER ENDED
